Executive Summary

PLUSH Magazine is a source of inspiration, entertainment, and networking for students by students. Specifically, the magazine will be tailored toward people in creative fields, such as web design, art, and poetry. PLUSH Magazine will feature topics like lifestyle, fashion, and all things creative. The magazine will be primarily based off of submissions, this could be artwork, literature, designs, interviews, etc. This will be an online magazine with a blog feel but there will also be printed copies

Our Users

Our focus audience will be young adults, mostly college students who are interested in creativity. This could range from artists, photographers, writers, to film makers.
The magazine will be advertised in a college town, and most of the people the team knows will be fellow students in the area, so they will likely be our first consumers. The magazine will feature all things creative so it will attract girls and guys from different backgrounds, but I imagine our main consumer might be girls because the amount of girls at JMU as well as women being more likely to read magazines.

The e-magazine will feature headlines with questions in them so that they will show up higher on search engines. I read somewhere that posing your titles in blogs or websites will attract more page views because people often search questions on the internet.
